I have been meaning to flip Nonso Amadi's "Radio" for a while and when I started working on B-Boy Zilla II it was one of my top choices. While the original had a more mellow feel, I tried to tap into the energy of b-boy spirit while keeping the integrity of the Amadi’s melodies. Again the Breakin’ excerpt is a placeholder for me trying out new moves on the boards.
FYI:The drum break on the hook was taken from a Roxanne Shante song.
